went for the YAH birthday training today
it is actually quite fun
but i am late today
lol
run there lor
but still the event not yet start
so ...
ok

but overall it ended quite early
haha

it is suppose to end at 1pm
but it ended at about 12.30pm

went for lunch after the whole event
with my friends
my friends who come for the event
eat at chinatown
(we walk to chinatown for the meal)
lol
eat noodles
quite nice
drink carrot juice
more health

life is full of surprises

i do the counter work
ask them to take this and that
at the counter

most of my sector people are coming on 7dec
so
i will only see them on 12dec
on the actual day
haha

for those who are going for training on 7dec
the timing is
6.30pm to 9.30pm
location
health promotion board auditorium, level 7
you just need to register at the counter there
they will tell you all what to do
don need to worry about anything
they will give you something
a shirt to be wear on the actual day
a lanyard for you to wear
and some paper note to take note of

and i not feeling so well today
having stomaches almost for whole of today
hmm
what is wrong with me now?
am i falling sick?
i hope not
